So much has happened since I originally wrote this in September of 2007. As I was just ‘beginning’ my individual-social inquiry on subjects such as healing, culture and environmental issues, a restructuring of my life was also taking form. This of course, spiritually planted in my mind, began to express itself in the forms of creative writing seeking social communication. Although still in the seed stages, I have personally witnessed and experienced this realignment phenomena taking place right now. It seems that crisis whether individual or collective creates a dynamic that forces you to reexamine actions, behavior, habits, strengths and weakness, past, and present to determine a future course of action and destiny. Within the ills of trauma, devastation, destruction, and so called failure the shadow of light with its fruits of possibilities are ever present. The trick is to be aware, centered, calm, happy, and knowing that any temporal situation will pass like the seasons and give way to a harvest of your choosing. Remember that what we have made we can create anew.

“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” — Mahatma Gandhi

energetic alignment

Saturn in Virgo is a buzz about Mind Body Balance, the task of getting our Home Organized, our lives in order, being of service, as well as taking practical knowledge and applying to your everyday life. This new alignment sets in motion September 2, 2007 to July 2010! Expand and learn from the journey….my embrace of this transition is about picking up where I left off on many levels including diet/nutrition and its direct influence on balancing the Mind Body Soul interconnected consciousness!

natural law

Indigenous cultures have always seen Nature as Natural Law and the greatest teacher of man’s sciences. Nature eggholds the keys to true health, longevity and sustainability on this planet.

To ignore nature is to ignore not only yourself but the balance of our Ecological System throughout nations (fellow man) and local community (your home).

Native Americans believe what you do to nature, you do to yourself! In essence, what you put out you get back. This is the Law of Attraction. In fact, most Indigenous cultures were fully conscious in their theology to include man, woman and child as the primary guardians of Nature including the Animal and Plant Kingdoms. It was the humans’ responsibility to nature that held the society or clan structure within the hierarchy of possibilities. Within a concrete foundation of natural laws of cycles, seasons, elements, et al, man had the ability to produce boundless creations. Those monuments, temples and kingdoms are still present today standing as our Worlds Greatest Wonders for tourist’s attractions and students alike. As our world shifts further out of balance with nature, and the polar ice caps have melted faster than what most scientists predicted, toxicity in our soil is synonymous with toxicity of the soul-consciousness in heart and mind.

raising consciousness in crisis

What was true in slavery times stands true today?
We find ourselves in a non-fictional superficially consumed Matrix that exists induskhushbeyond economic, social, gender or racial boundaries. Even so, I tend to think optimistically believe we still have options and a map or blueprint to ‘free’ ourselves from our own man-made destruction and self-annihilating behaviors. We do not have to be in a constant state of war vibrantionally richochetting within the realms of our inner outer worlds. As grim as ‘our’ Global Warming disasters or personal economic patterns may currently be, WE HAVE the power to create a new! That is the gift we fail to recognize as our inherent right from birth into this life on this planet. Each day we arise with the breath of life is an opportunity of change and to make a difference in our lives and others!

simple steps

Perhaps at first glance the task may seem insurmountable, but take a deeper look into your own self for within you lies the answers to your deepest questions.

simplesteps
  • Begin to trust yourself — as you begin the inward journey of reflection and realization you will empower your highest self, connect to a greater good, trust yourself and simultaneously begin to ‘see’ and trust others. Remain patient.
  • Silence your inner world — take the time out of your busy lifestyle to quiet the chatter. Schedule and enjoy peaceful time alone with nature, or journal upon waking to sort out feelings, and ideas that may be keys to your subconscious mind. Get to know who and what you are from the inside out. Relax. Don’t fear yourself or your own power!
  • Cleanse your inner and outer house — clear the clutter from your external environment to make space for new experiences, people and projects. This will help facilitate greater change in your life and aid in focusing your mind. Take the steps to cleanse emotional baggage. Release worn out patterns or habits that keep you from experiencing happiness. Ask yourself what your “genius” or natural born talents truly are and begin the tiny steps of self development. Nurturing your strengths not only make you feel good, but produce a physiological effect upon the body and organs thus effecting your emotions and actions. Take care of your physical body! Choose to eat healthy and exercise and meditate daily on the life you are transforming today!
  • Love yourself unconditionally — forgive yourself for past mistakes, actions, or ignorance to self and others.
Write forgiveness letters and pour your heart and soul into this form of conscious release! Let your tears of past run into a Universal River of Forgiveness and know that you are healed from past in the present and for your future. Acknowledge the necessary life lessons you had to travel to become the unique person you are at this very moment. Say in prayer or affirmation that you have learned your lessons and are ready to move on in your life journey (and remember to be humble and thankful). As you love yourself you will learn to truly love others unconditionally!
  • Strengthen your Will and Core with mindful intention — as you strengthen your Will you begin to ‘control’ your own destiny and life.
Your unique course or destiny becomes clear as you align to your individual purpose in this lifetime. Synergistically your emotional-physical health improves! Your more balanced power of Self produces a spiritual vibration on this planet! This secret is key to long-term collective change and quality of life for generations.

ancient healing systems

There are many ways to look at the human body. Known as the “Mother of all healing” Ayurveda, practiced some 5000 to 10000 years ago has influenced the oldest forms of healing medicine. With its roots and branches in Ancient India it is said to have ‘mothered’ ancient Chinese systems and was practiced by Hippocrates who honored ancient Egyptian physician, architect, poet, Imhotep, of the 3rd Dynasty (c. 2650–c. 2575 BC).

Like Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient system of health that incorporates nature, “life’s principles” and “knowledge” of the mind, body and spiritual soul in a complex body of science and study. Unlike the yin-yang theory of opposites of the TCM health science, Ayurveda sees man in a tri-dosha category system to balance or prevent dis-ease of the mind, body and spirit.

  1. The Secret movie was an awesome example of how the law of attraction can summon the universal powers to manifest people situations and material things into your life.

All of the presenters had compelling stories that described in detail how their lives changed once they applied the secret principals.

I watched the movie several times only to discover the secret was never revealed nor did they explain how to actually make the law of attraction work in your favor.

I searched for a year and finally discovered exactly how the secret law of attraction works.

Anybody can put the principals to work for them and change their life dramatically in a short period of time.

It’s true, they are laws and they work all the time but its your choice to make them work for you and not against you.
